In-depth interviews represent qualitative research methods. It is an intensive, detailed, unstructured personal interview, in which a highly-qualified interviewer questions one respondent. The method is intended for revealing main incentives, relations and convictions of a respondent concerning a definite subject.

Usually, such interviews are quite long (30-40 minutes). The discussion is being built in such way that a respondent could easily express his/her opinion and wishes concerning the problems under consideration and also share their experience.

All in-depth interviews are being recorded onto an audiotape for the following analysis. Upon the completion of the research the Client is given the complete set of audiotapes with interviews.
